PHASE I: Dissolve the fragrance in the mixture of LIPOSINE GLYGLU/R then mix the ingredients from top to bottom, stirring continuously after each addition to ensure uniformity.
PHASE II: Add Cocamidopropyl Betaine and set the pH around 7,0-7,5 to increase viscosity up to desired value. (2500 mPa at 20°C, Spindle: 3, RPM: 10)
