Description

COCO BARLEY AMINO ACIDS is an innovative and modern vegetal surfactant obtained by coconut fatty acids and barley amino acids. This product gives softness and hydration to the skin. COCO BARLEY AMINO ACIDS can be used both as primary both as secondary surfactant. When it is used with traditional anionic surfactants it can reduce their irritation potential. The type of foam obtained is extraordinary to the touch and is creamy and stable. The obtained detergent will be free of surfactants derived from petroleum chemistry, sulphates, heterosulphates and PEGs derived. Moreover, it can enhance the dispersion of essential oil and perfumes. COCO BARLEY AMINO ACIDS is a natural product, Ecocert Cosmos certifiable, ecosustainable and ecodegradable.

Use

COCO BARLEY AMINO ACIDS is highly recommended in those detergents that guarantee a delicate, dermatologically safe and eco-sustainable detergency. It can be used as the only detergent substance or in combination with common surfactants used in cosmetics. It is colourless and odourless and therefore easy to use. With this product is possible to create cosmetic detergents without petroleum derivatives: in this case, in order to obtain the viscosity in low active solutions, we recommend the use of alkylamidobetaine, and the peak is reached at pH 5,8 – 6,3 approx. COCO BARLEY AMINO ACIDS also has an excellent solubilizing power for perfumes. The product is Ecocert Cosmos certifiable and can therefore be used in Ecocert Cosmos formulations.
