Emulsifiers are key products in the cosmetic world market, since they consent the homogenization of different phases. Furthermore, emulsifiers allow a wide range of different active ingredients to be delivered directly on to the skin, such as vitamins and lipo-soluble extracts. Creams and lotions are the best known and most used cosmetic products based on emulsions: Emulsions can be divided into either an oil phase dispersed in a water solution (O/W emulsion) or a water phase dispersed in oil solution (W/O emulsion). Like as other raw materials for cosmetics, the market has started looking for an innovative greener approach, moving away from synthetic emulsifiers to natural ones.

SYN HYDRO CREAM is an innovative and natural emulsifer base and it can be used for formulate O/W creams from consistent to fluid. SYN HYDRO-CREAM can be used for cold, hot, hot-to-cold e one-pot processes. With SYN HYDRO-CREAM is possible to add both the lipidic phase and the hydrophilic phase together with preservatives, vitamins and active ingredients. The recommended amount of use is between 10 and 15% depending on the desired consistency and aspect of the final product. SYN HYDRO-CREAM can be used in all types of emulsions: day and night creams, body lotions and cleansing milks. This product is Ecocert Cosmos certified and therefore it can be used in Ecocert Cosmos formulations.

Description
SYN LIPO-CREAM is an innovative and natural emulsifer base that can be used for the formulations of both consistent and fluid emulsions W/O, in short times. Its delicate lipo-structure enhances skin feeling and the luxuriousness of the cream. It is possible to add all the components at the same time (lipidic phase, hydrophilic phase, preservatives, vitamins, active ingredients…) and upset the system, first gently and then more vigorously, to obtain a beautiful emulsion. The recommended quantity is in the range 8 – 18 % depending on the desired consistence. It is important not to exceed with vegetal triglycerides (sweet almond oil, jojoba oil…), the maximum recommended is 0,5 – 0,8 %. SYN HYDRO-CREAM can be used for all that formulations with a W/O structure, like night creams, sun creams, water-resistant creams. This product is Ecocert Cosmos certified and therefore can be used in Ecocert Cosmos formulations.

SYN PF-CREAM is an innovative and natural emulsifer for the preparation of O/W emulsions. It is palm oil- and palm derivatives-free and therefore it can be used in cosmetic products with the same characteristic. It leaves a pleasant, soft sensation after it is absorbed by the skin. Does not contain palm oil or its derivatives. SYN PF-CREAM, moreover, has a good solubilizing power, towards perfumes, essential oils and active ingredients. SYN PF-CREAM is ideal for the preparation of day and night creams, anti-wrinkle creams, sun creams, cleansing milks and cosmetic lotions. The recommended dose of the emulsifier is between 6- 10 % depending on the desired final consistency of the cream.

The product is obtained from olive fatty acids and therefore it has an high emollient power and it is dermo-compatible. The product is Ecocert-Cosmos certifiable.
