Procedure

PHASE I: at room temperature, add all the ingredients, from top to bottom, then  homogenize vigorously and continuously for 5 minutes until a white cream is obtained. In the end, lower the pH around 5,0 with citric acid.

PHASE II: at room temperature, add BIOMER and vigorously homogenize the solution for 5 minutes. (34000 mPa at 20°C, Spindle: 5, RPM: 5)
